RotiMitra is a powered assisted dough-pressing appliance. It presses prepared dough and does not cook food. Cooking must be completed separately.

Powered rotating operation

The supplied cable connects the machine’s computer/printer-style power inlet to a compatible wall socket. After power is switched on, lowering the handle onto the prepared dough starts the rotating pressing action. Confirm that the model matches the local electrical supply before use.

Results vary

Results depend on dough consistency, ingredients, oil, filling, portion size, placement and technique. Demonstration images and videos are examples and are not guarantees of identical results.

Safety

• Read and follow the complete How to Use guidance before operation.
• Keep hands, loose clothing and other objects away from the pressing and rotating area.
• Do not force the handle.
• Do not place plastic or polycarbonate pressing sheets on a hot tawa or other hot surface.
• Keep the appliance and cable away from water and use only a compatible electrical supply.
• Children should use the appliance only under responsible adult supervision.
